Build 05-03-24-Bass - Hotfix for Beta 3

just fixed some issues with the beta 3 build:
- fixed being unable to jump after grabbing a pole or wall after walking off a ledge
- increased level timer from 2:30 to 4:00
thanks to monitor and ixzine who helped reproduce this bug
