Meh Idk. I really like the art, and the game is fun for a little bit, but the idea just doesn't seem like it has a lot going for it, you just leave the screen as much as possible and drop units as soon as you can. not really an RTS. More of an action game but not fast paced enough. Not a gad game by any means, but i'd like to see more.  Maybe give the players some control over the unit's or something. Anyway- congrats on putting out a game. That's always impressive! :)

thanks for the suggestion, but not controlling the units is an intentional mechanic, like majesty. it's more about the macro than the micro yk?

No of course it’s an intentional mechanic, and that’s what makes it different I’m just not sure how to make it more fun

i don't think it needs to be more fun. the game loop has a really specific tempo right now that feels unique. right now players have to cognitively switch between checking the map for good drop sites and watching the results of their previous drops versus actively dropping troops and dodging fighters or AA fire. adding something else to break up that pace would upset that balance and run counter to the theme i'm trying to get across
